Refund policy
Brianna Cannon does not accept wholesale returns.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Within five (5) business days after delivery, Brianna Cannon must be notified of any issues with products or delivery. After five (5) business days of delivery, the retailer assumes ownership of the products in their current condition.
Exchanges
Brianna Cannon may approve exchanges for merchandise if the item you are wishing to exchange is in the current season and in new/unused condition. All exchanges must be approved by Brianna Cannon in writing and are subject to Brianna Cannon sole discretion for approval. Shipping charges associated with any exchanges are covered by the retailer.
Refunds
Any and all refunds for any reason must be requested in writing by the retailer and approved by Brianna Cannon. If Brianna Cannon is unable to deliver agreed upon products, Brianna Cannon will initiate a refund of the undeliverable merchandise.
